Poletna šola na temo zelene infrastrukture v Parku Škocjanske jame

Oddelek za biodiverziteto bo v sodelovanju s Parkom Škocjanske jame izvedel poletno šolo za študente, ki bo potekala med 14. in 18. septembrom 2020. Poletna šola bo organizirana v sklopu projekta »ENGREEN – Krepitev zelene infrastrukture v čezmejni kulturni krajini«.

Aktivnosti bodo potekale na območju Parka Škocjanske jame.

Predviden program:

Ponedeljek

• uvodna predstavitev projektnih aktivnosti
• uvoden kolesarski izlet z električnimi kolesi
• večerno predavanje: Suhozidi, ga. Daša Čok

Torek

• terensko delo:
  • pregled stanja in popis vrst kalov na območju Parka Škocjanske jame
  • pregled stanja in popis vrst suhozidov / travišč na območju Parka Škocjanske jame
• večerno predavanje: Kraški kali - mala mokrišča z velikim pomenom, doc. dr. Martina Lužnik

Sreda

• terensko delo:
  • izlov zlatih ribic iz kala
  • pregled stanja kalov in popis vrst znotraj vplivnega območja Parka Škocjanske jame
  • pregled stanja suhozidov / travišč in popis vrst znotraj vplivnega območja Parka Škocjanske jame
• večerno predavanje: Tujerodne in invazivne vrste, doc. dr. Vladimir Ivović / dr. Katja Kalan

Četrtek

• terensko delo:
  • nadaljevanje terenskega dela v sklopu pregleda kalov
• laboratorijsko delo:
  • določevanje vodnih nevretenčarjev iz vzorcev
• večerno predavanje: Pomen trajnostnega in odgovornega vedenja v območjih ohranjene narave, g. Tomaž Zorman

Petek

• voden ogled Škocjanskih jam in zaključek dogodka

Za udeležbo na poletni šoli je na voljo 15 prostih mest. Udeležba je brezplačna, potrebno pa se je predhodno prijaviti. Za nastanitev je poskrbljeno.

Prijave zbirajo do 31. avgusta.

Večerna predavanja bodo odprta za tudi za širšo javnost.

Summer school on the topic of green infrastructure in the Škocjan Caves Park

The Department of Biodiversity, in cooperation with the Škocjan Caves Park, will hold a summer school for students, which will take place between 14 and 18 September 2020. The summer school will be organized as part of the project "ENGREEN - "Strengthening of green infrastructures in IT-SI cross-border environment".

The activities will take place in the area of the Škocjan Caves Park.

Planned program:

Monday

• an introduction to project activities
• guided cycling tour with electric bicycles
• evening lecture: dry stone walls, Mrs Daša Čok

Tuesday

• fieldwork:
  • checking the condition and inventory of pond species in the area of the Škocjan Cave Park
  • checking the condition and inventory of dry stone walls / grasslands in the area of the Škocjan Cave Park
• evening lecture: Karst ponds - small wetlands of great importance, doc. dr. Martina Lužnik

Wednesday

• fieldwork:
  • checking the condition and inventory of pond species in the area of the Škocjan Cave Park
  • checking the condition and inventory of dry stone walls / grasslands in the area of the Škocjan Cave Park
  • catching goldfish from the pond
• evening lecture: Non-native and invasive species, doc. dr. Vladimir Ivović / dr. Katja Kalan

Thursday

• fieldwork: checking the condition and inventory of pond species in the area of the Škocjan Cave Park
• laboratory work: identification of aquatic invertebrates from samples
• evening lecture: The importance of sustainable and responsible behavior in nature conservation areas, Mr. Tomaž Zorman

Friday

• guided tour of the Škocjan Caves and conclusion of the event

To participate in the summer school it is neccesarly to register in advance, participation is free of charge. We can accept 15 applicants. Accommodation will be provided.

Applications are open until 31 August 2020.

The evening lectures will also be open to the general public.

Scuola estiva sul tema delle infrastrutture verdi nel Parco delle grotte di Škocjan

Il Dipartimento di Biodiversità, in collaborazione con il Parco delle Grotte di Škocjan, terrà una scuola estiva per studenti, che si svolgerà dal 14 al 18 settembre 2020. La scuola estiva sarà organizzata nell'ambito del progetto "ENGREEN -"Potenziamento delle infrastrutture verdi nell'ambiente transfrontaliero di IT-SI".

Le attività si svolgeranno nell'area del Parco delle Grotte di Škocjan.

Programma previsto:

Lunedi

• un'introduzione alle attività del progetto
• tour guidato in bicicletta con biciclette elettriche
• conferenza serale: muri a secco, sig.ra. Daša Čok

Martedì

• lavoro sul campo:
  • verifica dello stato e dell'inventario delle specie di laghetti nell'area del Parco delle grotte di Škocjan
  • verifica dello stato e dell'inventario dei muretti a secco / prati nell'area del Parco delle grotte di Škocjan
• lezione serale: Stagni carsici - piccole zone umide di grande importanza, doc. dr. Martina Lužnik

Mercoledì

• lavoro sul campo:
  • verifica dello stato e dell'inventario delle specie di laghetti nell'area del Parco delle grotte di Škocjan
  • verifica dello stato e dell'inventario dei muretti a secco / prati nell'area del Parco delle grotte di Škocjan
  • precare pesci rossi dallo stagno
• lezione serale: Specie alloctone e invasive, doc. dr. Vladimir Ivović / dr. Katja Kalan

Giovedi

• lavoro sul campo: verifica dello stato e dell'inventario delle specie di laghetti nell'area del Parco delle grotte di Škocjan
• attività di laboratorio: identificazione di invertebrati acquatici da campioni
• lezione serale: L'importanza di un comportamento sostenibile e responsabile nelle aree di conservazione della natura, sig. Tomaž Zorman

Venerdì

• visita guidata alle Grotte di Škocjan e conclusione dell'evento

Per partecipare alla scuola estiva è necessario registrarsi in anticipo, la partecipazione è gratuita. Possiamo accettare 15 candidati. Sarà fornito l'alloggio.

Registrazione fino al 31 agosto 2020.

Le lezioni serali saranno aperte anche al grande pubblico.
