Dragi študenti UP,
vabimo vas, da se (ponovno) prijavite za tutorje. V ta namen razpisujemo mesta za:
- za tutorje,
- za tutorje za tuje študente.
Študentsko tutorstvo je namenjeno predvsem študentom prvega letnika, ki se znajdejo v novem življenjskem in izobraževalnem okolju in jim tutorji študentje, ki so študenti višjih letnikov, pomagajo s posredovanjem pomembnih informacij in integracijo v študijsko okolje.
Tutorji za tuje študente novincem, ki pridejo v Slovenijo na izmenjavo ali redni študij, nudijo podporo pri integraciji v novo okolje, pri administrativnih zadevah in jezikovnih barierah.
Prijave potekajo online, motivacijsko pismo naložite v prijavni obrazec: »prijava za tutorja«
Razpis za tutorje najdete tukaj. Uvodno usposabljanje je organizirano v mesecu novembru in maju.
Urejenost in delovanje tutorskega sistema ureja Pravilnik o tutorskem sistemu na Univerzi na Primorskem.
Študenti se lahko prijavijo tudi preko obrazca Prijava na razpis in v tem primeru izpolnjen obrazec skupaj z motivacijskim pismom oddajo v referatu za študente matične fakultete.
Tutorji študenti do 30. septembra oddajo Poročilo o opravljenem delu koordinatorju tutorjev študentov fakultete. Poročilo o delu je podlaga za pridobitev ECTS kreditnih točk in potrdila. Meseca novembra se tutorjem študentom podeli priznanje za opravljeno delo v preteklem študijskem letu.

Dear UP students,
We invite you to (re)apply to become tutors.
For this purpose, we are announcing places for:
- tutors,
- tutors for foreign students
Student tutoring is intended primarily for first-year students in a new living and educational environment. Tutors help them with important information and integration into the new environment.
Tutors for foreign students support newcomers who come to UP for exchange or full-time study. Tutors help them integrate into the new environment and with administrative and language barriers.
Tutors for students with special needs enable students to adapt more quickly and integrate successfully into the student environment and study.

The Call for tutors can be found here. Introductory training is organized in November and May.
The organization and operation of the tutoring system is governed by the Rules on the Tutoring System at the University of Primorska.
Students can also apply using the Application Form. The completed form, together with a letter of motivation, should be submitted to the student office of the home faculty.
Student tutors must submit a Report on Work Performed to the faculty student tutor coordinator by September 30. The work report is the basis for obtaining ECTS credits and a certificate. In November, student tutors are awarded recognition for their work in the previous academic year.
