Univerza na Primorskem tudi to leto organizira Karierni sejem UP 2024, ki bo potekal v sredo, 15. maja 2024, od 10.00 do 13.00

Zaradi slabe vremenske napovedi se bo Karierni sejem UP (tudi) letos odvijal v večnamenskem prostoru UP FAMNIT (vhod z Muzejskega trga).

Na Kariernem sejmu UP 2024 se bo predstavilo 19 delodajalcev in organizacij. Vsi udeleženci imajo možnost razgovora z njihovimi predstavniki in pridobivanja informacij o prostih delovnih mestih ter pogojih za njihovo zasedbo. Izvedli bodo tudi, katere kadre bodo podjetja potrebovala v naslednjih letih, s katermi znanji in kompetencami.

Zaradi lažje izvedbe srečanja z delodajalci je organizirana ZAPOSLITVENA KAVARNA, v okviru katere delodajalci predstavijo svojo dejavnost, potrebe po kadrih in možnosti sodelovanja v obliki študijske prakse, pripravništva, zaposlitvenih možnosti, sodelovanja pri projektih in možnostih zaposlitve. V prijavi lahko izberete poljubno število delodajalcev, s katerimi se želite pogovoriti.

PRIJAVE na Zaposlitveno kavarno omogočajo lažjo in bolj učinkovito organizacijo razgovorov z izbranimi delodajalci. Prijavite se na dogodek.

V okviru sejma bo izveden tudi seminar Zaposlitvene priložnosti v Evropi, od 13.00 do 14.00 v Santorijevi sejni sobi v avli  Rektorata UP. Na seminarju nam bo  Mateja Grajzer, svetovalka EURES, predstavila, kje in kako do zaposlitvenih priložnostih v državah EU.

Gre za izjemno bogato izkušnjo, ki omogoča osebno rast, pridobivanje novih veščin in medkulturno razumevanje ter tedensko plačilo 215$ (približno 11.000 $ na leto).

Kulturno izobraževalno društvo PiNA

Društvo PiNA, ustanovljeno leta 1998, že več kot dvajset let spodbuja družbeno odgovorne prakse in krepi kulturni dialog. Od ustanovitve naprej PiNA odpira prostor za srečevanje, informiranje, izmenjavo, povezovanje in sodelovanje na področju družbenih izzivov. Sprva kot prva spletna kavarna v Sloveniji leta 1998, do leta 2016 pa kot multimedijski in mladinski center, članica mreže točk EUROPE DIRECT Slovenije, kot Stičišče nevladnih organizacij obalno-kraške regije, od leta 2022 pa kot kontaktna točka programa Državljani, enakost, pravice in vrednote (CERV) ter organizacija, ki deluje v javnem interesu na področju kulture, mladine in mednarodnega razvojnega sodelovanja.

Na sejmu bodo ponudili informacije o priložnostih za mlade v EU in možnosti za opravljanje prakse ali prostovoljskega dela na PiNI.

Mladinska zveza Brez izgovora Slovenija

Mladinska zveza Brez izgovora Slovenija je nacionalna mladinska organizacija v javnem interesu z unikatnim vrednotnim sistemom, aktivno vpetostjo v reševanje družbenih problemov in z dolgoletno prakso odličnosti na področju implementacije kompetenčnih modelov za mlade, ki se celostno dopolnjujejo v med-disciplinarni »Metodi Brez izgovora«. Osredotoča se na področje zdravja in okolja.

Organizacija deluje na dveh ravneh:

  • razvija osebne kompetence mladih in njihov potencial ter
  • prenaša potrebno znanje, izkušnje in veščine z izvajanjem učinkovitih, dolgoročno zastavljenih programov, namenjenih zmanjševanju neenakosti v zdravju, povečanju zdravstvene in okoljske pismenosti ter spodbujanju aktivnega državljanstva.

Delujejo tudi z več različnimi delovnimi skupinami, od otrok do mladih in pedagoških delavcevm in v različnih okoljih.

Mladim bodo predstavili možnost sodelovanja pri preventivnem delu, projektnem managementu ter pripravi in izvajanju izobraževalnih programov ali aktivnosti.

Javni zavod Park Škocjanske jame, Slovenija

Škocjanske jame so prvi spomenik v Sloveniji in na klasičnem Krasu, vpisan na Unescov seznam svetovne dediščine. To jih uvršča na  častno  mesto med naravnimi spomeniki sveta. Vpisane so v seznam svetovno pomembnih mokrišč Ramsarske konvencije, kot prvo podzemno mokrišče na svetu sploh. Skupaj s podzemnim tokom reke Reke so eno od najdaljših kraških podzemnih mokrišč v Evropi. Škocjanske jame so del programa MAB. Človek in biosfera (MAB) je Unescov medvladni raziskovalni program, ki vzpostavlja svetovno mrežo biosfernih območji, kjer se ohranja biološka pestrost in spodbuja trajnostni razvoj.

Na svetu je le 19 območji, ki so hkrati na seznamu svetovne dediščine, na seznamu mednarodno pomembnih mokrišč Ramsar in v programu MAB. Med njimi je tudi Park Škocjanske jame.

Upravljavec Regijskega parka Škocjanske jame je javni zavod. Glavne aktivnosti zavoda so:

  • monitoring naravne in kulturne dediščine,
  • spremljanje stanja in analiziranje naravnih vrednot,
  • sodelovanje pri mednarodnih projektih, predstavitvah in strokovnih raziskavah parka,
  • vzdrževanje, obnova in varstvo naravne in kulturne dediščine,
  • skrb za strokovno predstavitev parka in organiziranje izobraževanj ter
  • vodenje obiskovalcev po zavarovanem območju.

Javni zavod Park Škocjanske jame, Slovenija bo na sejmu predstavil  tudi pogoje za zasedbo delovnega mesta »projektni sodelavec«,  ki spada v Strokovno službo.

Postojnska jama d.d.

Podjetje Postojnska jama d.d. goji in razvija bogato tradicijo upravljanja ogledov in prireditev, ki sega v 20. leta 19. stoletja, ko je bila jama urejena za turistični obisk. Podjetje sestavlja več enot, in sicer Postojnska jama s pripadajočo hotelsko-gostinsko dejavnostjo, Predjamskim gradom, Hotelom Cerkno ter butično Vilo Planinko na Jezerskem.

Predstavili vam bodo potrebe po zaposlovanju v poklicih: natakar, natakarski pomočnik, sommelier, turistični vodnik v jami, kuhar in kuharski pomočnik.

SLOAM, Agencija za mlade (Program Social Impact Award)

Social Impact Award podpira mlade podjetnike v zgodnjih fazah razvoja, ki razvijajo in uresničujejo inovativne poslovne rešitve za reševanje družbenih izzivov. Program mladim pomaga spoznati področje socialnega podjetništva in narediti prve korake k ustvarjanju socialnega podjetja. Od leta 2009 skupaj spodbujajo mlade socialne podjetnike v več kot 25 državah.

Zavod Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje, Območna služba Koper

Zavod RS za zaposlovanje (ZRSZ) je ena ključnih ustanov na trgu dela. Ima 12 območnih služb z uradi za delo po vsej Sloveniji, 11 kariernih središč in 12 pisarn za delodajalce.

Zagotavljajo storitve na področjih: zaposlitveno svetovanje in posredovanje zaposlitev, omrežje EURES, vseživljenjska karierna orientacija, izvajanje programov aktivne politike zaposlovanja, izvajanje zavarovanja za brezposelnost, zaposlovanje in delo tujcev, priprava analitičnih gradiv in informacije o trgu dela.

V povprečju delodajalci na Zavodu RS za zaposlovanje, Območna služba Koper, objavijo približno 1.000 prostih delovnih mest na mesec iz praktično vseh dejavnosti. V prvih treh mesecih 2024 je bilo največ potreb na področju zdravstva in socialnega varstva, prometa in skladiščenja, gostinstva, gradbeništva, izobraževanja, predelovalne dejavnosti, trgovine, javne uprave ...

Na sejmu se bo predstavila tudi Univerza na Primorskem in njeni predstavniki kadrovske službe bodo razložili nekaj več o aktualnih razpisih za prosta delovna mesta ter predstavili  potrebe po kadrih v naslednjih letih.

Youth network No Excuse Slovenia

Youth network No Excuse Slovenia is a national youth organization in the public interest with a unique value system, active involvement in solving social problems and a long-standing practice of excellence in the field of implementation of competency models for young people, which are integrated holistically in the interdisciplinary "No Excuse Method". It focuses on the field of health and the environment.

The organization operates on two levels:

  • develops the personal competencies of young people and their potential and
  • transfers the necessary knowledge, experience and skills through the implementation of effective, long-term programs aimed at reducing health inequalities, increasing health and environmental literacy and promoting active citizenship.

They also work with several different work groups, from children to young people and educational workers and in different environments.

Young people will be presented with the opportunity to participate in preventive work, project management and implementation and preparation of educational programs or activities.

Škocjan Caves, Slovenia

The Škocjan Caves are the first monument in Slovenia and on the classical Karst, entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This places them in a place of honour among the natural monuments of the world. They are included in the list of globally important wetlands of the Ramsar Convention, as the first underground wetlands in the world. Together with the underground course of the river Reka, they are one of the longest Karst underground wetlands in Europe. The Škocjan caves are part of the MAB program. Man and the Biosphere (MAB) is a UNESCO intergovernmental research program that establishes a global network of biosphere reserves where biological diversity is preserved and sustainable development is promoted.

There are only 19 areas in the world that are simultaneously on the World Heritage List, on the Ramsar List of Internationally Important Wetlands and in the MAB program. Among them is the Škocjan Cave Park.

The administrator of the Škocjan Caves Regional Park is a public institution. The main activities of the institution are:

  • monitoring of natural and cultural heritage,
  • monitoring the situation and analyzing natural values,
  • participation in international projects, presentations and expert research of the park,
  • maintenance, restoration and protection of natural and cultural heritage,
  • taking care of professional presentation of the park and organization of training and
  • guiding visitors around the protected area.

The Škocjan Caves Public Service Agency, Slovenia will, among other things, present at the fair the conditions for filling the position of "project associate", which belongs to the Professional Service.

The Adult Education Centre of Koper is the largest educational and counselling centre for adults in the Coastal-Karst region. Adults can complete primary and secondary education at the Adult Education Centre of Koper, attend numerous courses and workshops, seek career or education advice, and receive support for independent learning. The Employment Service of Slovenia (ZRSZ) is one of the key institutions in the labor market. It has 12 regional services with employment offices all over Slovenia, 11 career centers and 12 offices for employers.

On average, employers publish approximately 1,000 vacancies per month in practically all activities at the Employment Service of Slovenia, the Koper Regional Office.
