sreda, 28. februar 2024 Javni poziv za podelitev nagrad in priznanj Alumni UP v Letu 2024///OPEN CALL FOR AWARDS AND RECOGNITION OF THE ALUMNI UP IN 2024
Alumni klub Univerze na Primorskem (v nadaljevanju Alumni UP) predstavlja mrežo Alumni klubov posameznih pedagoških članic Univerze na Primorskem, katerega namen je ohranjanje stika z in med diplomanti, organizacija izobraževanj, znanstvenih in drugih strokovnih dogodkov, podpora odličnosti v raziskovanju ter krepitev identitete in občutka pripadnosti skupnosti diplomantov UP.
Univerza na Primorskem razpisuje Javni poziv za podelitev nagrad in priznanj Alumni UP z namenom krepitve identitete in pripadnosti skupnosti Alumni UP. Posamezniki se bodo potegovali za tri razpisane vrste nagrad;Nagrada Alumni UP za odličnost , Nagrada Alumni UP za izjemne dosežke na strokovnem področju in Nagrada Alumni UP "Mladi UP". Priznanje "Patron Alumni UP" bodo prejeli podporniki, ki so našemu gibanju bili v izjemno pomoč.
POSTOPEK ODDAJE PREDLOGOV KANDIDATOV IN POGOJI ZA PODELITEV NAGRAD
Predloge kandidatov za nagrade lahko predložijo:
- organi Alumni UP;
- član ali skupina članov Alumni UP.
Predloge kandidatov za priznanja lahko predložijo:
- organi Alumni UP;
- član ali skupina članov Alumni UP;
- dekani članic UP, direktorji članic UP in vodstvo UP.
Kandidati za nagrade morajo izpolnjevati sledeča pogoja:
- zaključen podiplomski ali dodiplomski študij na UP ali študijski program za izpopolnjevanje na UP ter
- članstvo v Alumni UP.
Način oddaje predloga: preko e-obrazca, ki je dostopen TUKAJ!
V e-obrazec je potrebno vnesti sledeče podatke:
- kategorijo nagrade in priznanja,
- ime, priimek in e-pošto predlagatelja oz. predlagateljev;
- ime, priimek in e-pošto v primeru kandidata za nagrado,
- naziv organizacije in ime in priimek odgovorne osebe v primeru kandidata za priznanje,
- soglasje kandidata (vzorec dostopen: tukaj).
Utemeljitev predloga z navedbo razloga za predlaganje kandidata (do 400 besed), kratkim opisom dosežkov kandidata ter ustreznimi dokazili (npr. priporočila, seznam objavljenih del, ali drugi dokumenti, iz katerih so razvidni dosežki in prispevki kandidata) pošljete na e-pošto: alumni@upr.si.

VRSTE NAGRAD IN PRIZNANJ
Nagrada Alumni UP za odličnost
Nagrado Alumni UP za odličnost prejme diplomant Univerze na Primorskem (v nadaljevanju: UP); član Alumni UP, za izjemne karierne dosežke ali izjemno človekoljubno dejavnost ali dosežke na kulturno, športnem področju oziroma se je kandidat kako drugače uveljavil kot voditelj ali vzornik na enem ali več področjih svojega delovanja. Kandidat je v vseh zgoraj navedenih primerih s svojim delom in dosežki prispeval k ugledu in prepoznavnosti UP.
Nagrada Alumni UP za izjemne dosežke na strokovnem področju
Nagrado Alumni UP za izjemne dosežke na strokovnem področju prejme diplomant UP, član Alumni UP, ki je s svojim delom dosegel izjemen uspeh v svoji strokovni skupnosti in/ali pomembno prispeval k razvoju stroke. Kandidat je s svojim delom in dosežki prispeval k ugledu in prepoznavnosti UP.
Nagrada Alumni UP »Mladi UP«
Nagrado Alumni UP »Mladi UP« prejme diplomant UP, član Alumni UP, ki je študij na UP zaključil v preteklih petih (5) letih in dokazal posebno prodornost na svojem strokovnem področju in/ali izkazal predanost služenju skupnosti, javnosti ali človekoljubju ter v tem obdobju dosegel pomembne karierne, znanstveno-raziskovalne ali druge strokovne dosežke. Kandidat je s svojim delom in dosežki prispeval k ugledu in prepoznavnosti UP.
Priznanje »Patron Alumni UP«
Priznanje »Patron Alumni UP« prejme podpornik Alumni UP za pomemben prispevek k razvoju in delovanju skupnosti Alumni UP. Priznanje ni vezano na članstvo v Alumni UP in ga lahko prejmejo pravne ali fizične osebe.
Projekt sofinancirata Republika Slovenija, Ministrstvo za visokošolstvo, znanost in inovacije, in Evropska unija – NextGenerationEU. Projekt se izvaja skladno z načrtom v okviru razvojnega področja Pametna, trajnostna in vključujoča rast, komponente Krepitev kompetenc, zlasti digitalnih in tistih, ki jih zahtevajo novi poklici in zeleni prehod (C3 K5), za ukrep investicija F. Izvajanje pilotnih projektov, katerih rezultati bodo podlaga za pripravo izhodišč za reformo visokega šolstva za zelen in odporen prehod v Družbo 5.0: projekt Pilotni projekti za prenovo visokega šolstva za zelen in odporen prehod.
The Alumni Club of the University of Primorska is a network of Alumni Clubs of individual faculties of the University of Primorska, whose purpose is to maintain contact with and among alumni, to organise educational, scientific and other professional events, to support excellence in research, and to strengthen the identity and sense of belonging of the University of Primorska community.
The University of Primorska is launching an open call for Alumni UP awards and recognitions in order to strengthen the identity and sense of belonging of the Alumni UP community. Alumni UP members are eligible to recive three types of awards; the Alumni UP Award for Excellence, the Alumni UP Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Professional Field, and the Alumni UP "Young UP" Award. The "Patron of Alumni UP" Recognition.
PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING NOMINATIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS
- Candidates for prizes may be proposed by:
- Alumni UP bodies;
- a member or a group of members of Alumni UP.
Candidates for awards may be proposed by:
- Alumni UP bodies;
- a member or a group of members of Alumni UP;
- the deans of the UP faculties, the directors of the UP members, and the UP management.
An individual may not nominate himself/herself. The President of the Alumni UP, as a voting member of the Commission, cannot propose candidates. Voting members of the Commission cannot propose candidates in the year of the award.
Candidates for the awards must meet the following conditions:
- have completed a postgraduate or undergraduate degree at UP or an advanced study program at UP; and
- membership of the Alumni UP.

The following information must be entered in the e-form:
- Type of award and recognition,
- the name, last name, and email of the proposer(s);
- the name, last name and email of the prize nominee;
- the name of the organization and the name and last name of the person responsible in the case of a candidate for an award,
- the consent of the nominee (sample available here).
A justification of the proposal stating the reason for nominating the candidate (up to 400 words), a brief description of the candidate's achievements, and relevant supporting evidence (e.g. references, list of published works, or other documents demonstrating the candidate's achievements and contributions) is to be sent to the alumni@upr.si e-mail adress.
Deadline for submission: 10.3.2024.

TYPES OF AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS
Alumni UP Award for Excellence
The Alumni UP Award for Excellence is awarded to a graduate of the University of Primorska (hereinafter referred to as UP); a member of the UP Alumni, for outstanding career achievements or outstanding philanthropic activity or achievements in the cultural, sporting field, or the candidate has otherwise established himself/herself as a leader or role model in one or more areas of his/her activity. In all of the above cases, the candidate has contributed to the reputation and visibility of UP through his/her work and achievements.
Alumni UP Award for outstanding achievements in the professional field
The UP Alumni Award for Outstanding Professional Achievement is awarded to a UP graduate, a member of the UP Alumni, who has achieved outstanding success in his/her professional community and/or has made a significant contribution to the development of the profession through his/her work. The candidate has contributed to the reputation and visibility of UP through his/her work and achievements.
Alumni UP Award "Young UP"
The UP Alumni Award "Young UP" is awarded to a UP graduate, a member of the UP Alumni, who has completed his/her studies at UP within the past five (5) years and has demonstrated special acumen in his/her professional field and/or has demonstrated dedication to community service, public service, or philanthropy, and who has achieved significant career, scientific research, or other professional accomplishments during this period. The candidate has contributed to the reputation and visibility of UP through his/her work and achievements.
"Patron of Alumni UP" recognition
The "Patron of Alumni UP" recogniton is given to a supporter of Alumni UP for a significant contribution to the development and activities of the Alumni UP community. The award is not linked to membership in Alumni UP and can be awarded to legal or natural persons.
CALL FOR AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS
The project is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and the European Union – NextGenerationEU. The project is implemented in accordance with the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) under the development area Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth, component Strengthening competencies, in particular digital competencies and those required by the new professions and the green transition (C3 K5), for the investment measure Investment F. Implementation of pilot projects, the results of which will serve as a basis for the preparation of a roadmap for the reform of higher education for a green and resilient transition to a Society 5.0: project Pilot Projects for the Reform of Higher Education for a Green and Resilient Transition.
