V luči novo sprejetega Zakona o digitalni vključenosti Služba Vlade Republike Slovenije za digitalno preobrazbo predstavlja ključne točke zakona, ki se nanašajo na vse študente.

Zakon o spodbujanju digitalne vključenosti za študente vseh višješolskih in visokošolskih programov 1., 2. in 3. stopnje prinaša subvencionirane tečaje naprednih digitalnih veščin in digitalne bone v vrednosti 150 evrov za nakup računalniške opreme.  

Ključne informacije:

  • Digitalni boni za nakup nove, obnovljene ali rabljene računalniške opreme bodo vnovčljivi od 15. 6. 2022 in so zasnovani po zgledu turističnih bonov.
  • Gre za dobroimetje, ki ga upravičenec lahko unovči pri ponudniku blaga, ta pa vrednost prejme iz državnega proračuna.
  • Upravičenec digitalnega bona lahko bon izkoristi v več manjših zneskih in pri različnih ponudnikih blaga.
  • Če upravičenec digitalnega bona ne unovči v času njegove veljavnosti ali ga ne unovči v znesku dobroimetja, od Republike Slovenije ne more zahtevati izplačila vrednosti bona v denarju.
  • Upravičenci, ki se šolajo v tujini, morajo za vpis v evidenco upravičencev do digitalnega bona za leto 2022 pristojnemu organu predložiti dokazilo o šolanju na stopnji, primerljivi stopnjami teh ciljnih skupin.
  • Digitalni bon bodo letos lahko upravičenci unovčili za nakup prenosnega, namiznega ali tabličnega računalnika, računalniškega zaslona, multifunkcijske naprave.

 Brezplačni tečaji naprednih digitalnih veščin za vse študente že od jeseni 2022

  • tečaji se bodo subvencionirali prek javnih razpisov,
  • mladim bodo omogočeni brezplačni tečaji naprednih digitalnih veščin, kot so programiranje, robotika, umetna inteligenca in digitalno podjetništvo.

In the light of the newly adopted Digital Inclusion Act, the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Digital Transformation presents the key points of the Act that apply to all students.

The Act on the Promotion of Digital Inclusion for students of all higher and higher education programs of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level provides subsidized advanced digital skills courses and digital vouchers worth EUR 150 for the purchase of computer equipment.

Key information:

  • Digital vouchers for the purchase of new, refurbished or used computer equipment will be redeemable from 15 June 2022 and are modeled on tourist vouchers.
  • This is a credit that the beneficiary can redeem from the supplier of the goods, which receives the value from the state budget.
  • The beneficiary of the digital voucher can use the voucher in several smaller amounts and with different suppliers of goods.
  • If the beneficiary does not redeem the digital voucher during its validity period or does not redeem it in the amount of the credit, he cannot demand payment of the value of the voucher in cash from the Republic of Slovenia.
  • Beneficiaries studying abroad must submit proof of education at a level comparable to those of these target groups in order to be entered in the register of beneficiaries of the 2022 digital voucher.
  • This year, beneficiaries will be able to redeem a digital voucher for the purchase of a laptop, desktop or tablet computer, computer screen, multifunction device.

Free advanced digital skills courses for all students since autumn 2022

  • courses will be subsidized through public tenders,
  • young people will be provided with free courses in advanced digital skills such as programming, robotics, artificial intelligence and digital entrepreneurship.
