Thursday, 12 September 2024 New student's book “Od genov do vedenja in naprej” has been published by the University of Primorska Press (ZUP)

At the beginning of September, a new textbook titled Od genov do vedenja in naprej was published by the University of Primorska Press (ZUP), prepared by Prof. Dr. Simona Kralj-Fišer from the Department of Psychology. 

The textbook is intended for Psychology and Biopsychology students to assist them with their studies and work. It includes chapters that describe fundamental yet essential areas of genetics and the basics of inheritance. Additional chapters address the biological basis of key human behaviors, personality, and the biology of major emotional, mental, and cognitive disorders. The final chapter provides a brief overview of human evolution to offer a broader perspective on human behavior.
