Monday, 25 November 2024 Growing in space: the role of plants (and botanists) in space mission

You are invited to attend a seminar by visiting researcher Rosario Rummo from the Department of Biodiversity, University of Naples Federico II.

Rosario Rummo is a PhD student in Botany and plant ecology in urban environments at the University Federico II in Naples. Although his PhD is more focused on studies of plants on Erath, he will talk about the projects that his research group has undertaken for many years in collaboration with NASA, ESA, ASI and other partners, with which he collaborated partly during his first year of PhD.

The lecture is primarily intended for students of the General Botany course, but we invite everyone interested in the topic to attend.
